Every individual was born unique. Each of us was born to be the best of our own self. It is my goal to facilitate the process of learning and self-discovery, so that my mentees are able to reach and make the most of their potential. I plan and adjust my teaching/mentoring plan based on each individual’s learning goals. I am open to using any resources that would contribute to the success of each individual and the whole team. Time management and resource optimization are key elements of my experimental planning/experiential learning process. I strongly value the process of giving and receiving constructive (self-)feedback. Such assessments are essential to improving our learning process.
